400g 一包
冷凍不退冰放入氣炸鍋，以180度氣炸8分鐘，取出翻面，再以200度氣炸3至4分鐘，就完成了。
最後裝盤，可沾自己喜歡的醬料一起吃喔。

Preheat air flyer to 400*F | 204*C for 5 minutes
r basket. Air fry for 12 minutes at 400*F | 204*C. Shake or flip the food halfway through air frying at around 6 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce, plate and enjoy!
